After 12 years of absence Edmond Benloulou  returns to Zihuatanejo with his new concept Zihua Blue (ex- Bay club) is a pioneer of the fine industry of the gastronomy from 1979 in Ixtapa - Zihuatanejo, had to his assets (Montmartre in Ixtapa, Don Juan in Zihuatanejo, Itzel in Ixtapa Splendido´s beach club in Long Beach, Mezza Luna and Laguna  in Ixtapa and Costa in Mexico City etc…)



 
 

Edmond takes to his profession in the blood son of proprietary’s of restaurants the sea has been his habitual landscape from boy “I am a soldier or so you see a sailor since my work is of a strict discipline and requires a lot of delivery.
